★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here they are just rude to people . They wont accept foriegn license experience. I would recommend you to look other drivetest than them you can find one near in Victoria park avenue. They are super slow even a tortoise would move in a faster way!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The testing centre is fine, ample space for periods with high volumes of people. Staff is decent. Terrible area to take a test in as it has a school zone, and sporadic construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my G license today. Nice place. Friendly staff. The examiner was so professional and supportive. Even for my G2 I had no issues and got it from the first time. I strongly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience here, in the section for the G1 test the person who "provide the information" and give you a computer is rude, mistreated me and my husband, she makes us have a bad time just because, you know?... This person makes me feel so bad that I lost the test twice, I mean, I can't concentrate because I'm feeling bad, plus she don't let me take the test in Spanish, she just decided that I have to take it in English. Another situation was that now you have to pay every time again if you have to do the G1 test again, so $16 for every attempt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to this location before it opened.. Waited an hour outside in the freezing cold just to get inside the office, to then wait an hour inside and once I got to a clerk to hand in a driver's medical... I was handed a little piece of paper with a fax number and told to FAX my medical that specifically states right on the front "submit this form IN PERSON to a drivetest location". Already frustrated after wasting 2 and a 1/2 hours for absolutely no reason, The clerk that handed me the fax number told me as soon as I fax the medical, to call the number provided immediately to confirm if they received it. Great, so I fax it and call as advised, then after spending 30 minutes on hold to speak with an agent..I am told they won't have the info updated on my file for 5-10 business days. What an absolute waste of time, and unprofessional, misinformed staff. Not happy.

- The front desk/admission has been very professional and helpful
- I went directly to the machine and registered there without spending any time at the front desk/admission
- The wait time has been very short; the examiner showed up at my car after about 10 minutes from my registration
- The examiner has been very friendly, professional, and relaxed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff, racist. I would have given negative rating if possible, staff is so unhelpful, arrogant, rude and racist. I went here with my father to complete his g1. They don’t accept indian driving license with valid abstract. It got accepted at other locations with out a question. They got my father’s indian documents photocopied and denied giving them back to us. When I denied leaving with out my father’s documents photocopy and asked for senior staff. They made us wait another half hour for supervisor. I and my father (61 years old )waited for almost 1 and half hour outside in cold weather. I request them to please accommodate him inside as he was senior and i can wait outside. They denied it. Then after waiting outside we also waited almost 1 hour inside. The security guard was extremely rude. Then there was a Chinese origin lady at counter who was so racist and mistreated both of us. She was the only one who photocopied all the documents and denied giving them back to us. Never had such bad experience before in my life. Strongly suggest not to go here.
