★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working around the area and decided to head out to this location to see any food options. Popeyes caught my eye and decided to head In. Staff is very kind and offered a few options based on my requirements. Ended up getting a 12 piece meal with biscuits along with fries and onion rings. Ordered a side of Mac and Cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders platter with mash potatoes, fries and gravy on the side...I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MASH POTATOES, instead, I got 2 orders of GRAVY!?!?! Very annoyed and upset...on top of that, I only recieved a very small amount of fries, not even enough to feed a toddler. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time we went to Popeys since we live in Quebec and we were very surprised!!! The place was very clean, I went to the bathroom and it was cleaner than many restaurants.
The young lady that was the cashier gave us recommendations and put our drinks in combos to make our total bill less expensive.
The food was a solid 9/10. Crispy and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this branch since 2017. I get Popeyes a few a times a year and now I’m noticing that the quality has been going down since 2021. Never fresh, taste of old dirty oil, a chicken wing had a feather on it and burnt biscuits. I wish I had taken photos but I threw it all away. Probably won’t go back here again, you’re better off eating a homemade meal. So disappointing :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was genuinely shocked at the uncleanness of this place. I've ordered hamburgers from them before and was pleased with the taste of the charcoal baked burgers. The last time I was there I noticed that the man making the burgers wore the same blue gloves with a large tear in the right hand glove which he regularly used into fix his mask which fell down frequently..He had the same routine for the two customers ahead of me. Totally unsanitary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Burgers, Fries and Chicken. Burger was really good and fries too. But the chicken was fried in the oil where the fish was fried. The chicken was smelling really bad because of it. After spending above $100 and delivery charges, I tried to contact them at the same time. Tried calling them minimum 10 times, no response. Called them again today morning and the answer was they will make sure it won't happen. The chicken is still here in the fridge. Very bad service, honestly if you can't do proper business in food Industry better don't continue.
