★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't able to ship with them, yet I'm still giving five stars because of exceptional service. Polimark informed me shipments to the UK are currently unavailable due to Brexit issues and the staff took considerable time to explain the situation in detail and suggested numerous options via other shippers, then explained how to streamline the Customs procedures for each option. Very informative and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best delivery service in Western Canada if you want to send a Parcel to Europe. The customer service was amazing, they called me when there was a little issue with the customs and managed it for me.
The best overall is the reasonable price. It's just the half of the price what Canada Post charges and they are faster!
The owner is great, very friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few parcels to send home to Germany and was a bit overwhelmed on what would be the best way to do so. Luckely I heard about Polimark in Calgary from other travellers. From the first minute I got there they comforted me. Sebastian was very patient and supportive checking all the different options for me and figuring out the best possible way. Also answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with the suggested choices. What an incredible job he has done, highly professional, experienced in the shipping business and super friendly!! So relieved and grateful my parcels are on the way now. If you are looking for an alternative to ship stuff overseas to Europe this is a lot cheaper option! thanks again!! Take care and have a great vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent a few parcels to Europe within the last 5 months and have not run into any problem even though there have been many challenges due to COVID. All parcels were delivered within the promised time.
I sent an Air Mail registered letter to Europe with Canada Post during the same time frame and the letter was delivered much later than expected.
I can strongly recommend Polimark to ship parcels to Europe and definitely will use the service when needed.
