★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi UPS. I was charged ridiculously to send a 20$ childrens book for my niece to a hotel in Turkey. (She was from Iran, a country with little postage assurance) I paid146$ shipping. That included a 3$ extra fee for 100$ insurance that should have been included for free. It was lost in Turkey, and after a major run-around, was told it was being held hostage in customs Turkey for 34$. Upon research, found conflicting information online about customs fees. One said no fees on books, another said all items "can" be charged 5 to 50%. So why 34$? I sent messages to executives, customer service, emailed and called the ups office in Turkey to pay the customs fees and was denied. The package has since been abandoned, as both Turkey and Iran are poor struggling nations necause of greedy Islamic capitalists. #eyeforaneye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like staff forgot to wake up today. Store supposed to be open at 10am but nobody is there. Place is locked up and no sign of anyone.
Edit to answer Owners comment:
I was there until 10:10am and the door was locked and the fold-gate was closed. There were also no lights on in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 6th time dropping off my shipment of shoes at this location. The first couple of time are OK, the guy was friendly and everything. I normally don't ship at this location, but sometimes I'm running errands and this UPS is conveniently close. On the Third time, I received messages from my buyer that my shoes have been worn and tried on and I blamed myself for properly inspecting my items.
After that incident I didn't ship from this location for awhile. And then on my fourth drop off at this location, it happened again but I was 100% sure that I checked over my products because it costs me money every time my buyers see a used pair of shoes.
And I thought that maybe somewhere between shipping somebody from UPS must've opened my packages. I suspected it was the this store but I did not want to say anything unless I had evidence.
Because I did not want this to happen again, I stopped shipping at this location.
So, on my fifth and sixth shipment I took photos of all my products before shipping from this location. And it happened again, someone tried on my shoes again!!!!! And I forgot to mention, not so coincidentally, every pair tried on and dirty is size 9 to 9.5
I have already put a complaint to UPS customer service, this is out right outrageous.

I had a rush order of 30 manuals I needed to be made for my company and they were able to get it done in the same day. The owner has great customer service and is super helpful. I’m moving to BC and will continue to use these guys instead of finding anyone else.

They are very professional and go above and beyond to help if needed. Kapil was able to ship materials same day to Edmonton while I was doing a project and saved me a huge headache. Very thankful and always appreciate the great service from this company. I will be using this UPS for my business for as long as I can.
