★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my unwanted items to Plato's now for a while and I'm always happy with it! It's a nice way to declutter your clothes and make cash at the same time. Everyone that works there is awesome and so sweet. I come almost every week now to sell and shop as well and every single time they're so nice! I love the selection to chose from, I always find something I like and for great prices too! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely cracked our plastic bin we brought our clothes in, denied and denied that it wasn’t them. Employee was unprofessional and walked away. Don’t bother bringing in good brands, because they’ll say it’s out of their budget to buy. Wants very niche category of brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't sure what to expect from Plato's Closet when I went in, but I was greatly impressed by the variety and condition of clothing options available. An ample fitting rooms for the size of the store was nice to see, as well as an option to sell brand name that you no longer wear is a unique hook that I've never seen elsewhere. Though the time I was told that the estimate for my clothes was way off. From 25 minutes to 3 hours. Otherwise I recommend checking the place out if you're looking for presentable clothes for all occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had brought in 2 large bags of clothes, out of the numerous items they chose 15 items and offered me $23. Everything was in excellent condition and brand name so this was disappointing. Arrived when they opened they took down my information and took them approx 15 minutes to go through the items. Easy process. I’ve heard it taking much longer though.
Other than that I love the idea, but if you are looking for an option other than donating this is a good one.
The store was well organized and had a curated selection which was nice. Found a really nice pair of pants!
