★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had originally rated a 1 but spoke to the manager who is very professional and seems there was a miscommunication. They were very quick at resolving the issue, glad to see that they do care about their customers. Bought two items from them yesterday and will use them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service. They are incredible and respectful. I had issues with my spa after the last rain/ ice storm in jan 2019. Nothing to do with them but they still came some 50km plus to my house to resolve the issue; twice at no charge! So I go see them for all my spa products. A matter of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I would recommend it to anyone who's having trouble with anything with their pool or hot tub because they have the best customer service and evey time I go there for help or for what I need to get my pool running they always help me with the right stuff that I need and there also very nice people I honestly would highly recommend anybody come here they even have nice pools and hot tubs that you can buy as well as pool toys, outdoor furniture and much more. Highly recommend anyone coming here.
