*Update Aug 8/2018* Changed from 4 to 3 stars. One thing that could be improved is the staff's knowledge. Hard to find someone who actually has real hands on experience maintaining a pool or doing their own maintenance on one. Would be nice if they actually had people who maintained and did repairs on their own inground or above ground pools who could give installation advice on their products. Over the past year I have purchased more pool parts and realized their prices arent as competitive as they once seemed, but I guess this is the case without much competition or other stores to buy parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No need to try and call the service department. I've called 6 or 7 times in the past week and never got an answer even when I waited for 25 minutes. I've never waited under 10 minutes before I hung up. Had to go in person and still waited 10 minutes at the desk. I had to get another employee to go get the person at the service desk. Could be the one employee but it was enough for me to write a bad review which I never do.
