Sometimes I have to go to others because they don't always have what you want or sometimes other ones are bigger so they don't always have those things there but over all I really love going here I haven't had an issue going here and I recommnd going here for anything that you need whether it's automotive, tools, kitchen stuff, garden stuff, diy stuff, painting. Anything I honestly recommend any one coming here

I bought a sprinkler the other day only to find out when. I got home that it was missing pieces, seems it was a return that no one bothered to check if it's all there.

This was mine a couple days ago: When I ordered online, I selected the option “ramassage en bordure” I received an email with a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up, and the instructions were to park at a designated spot and call the number on the email. After I called, the person who answered asked me to hold, and after 7 minutes he answered back saying he needed to transfer my call to another extension. The next person who answered also said he needed to transfer my call to another extension, and the last person who answered said I had to come inside the store and pick it up myself… 10 minutes lost on the phone. I entered the store and the person who I spoke on the phone asked me to go to another department so they could verify my order, and give me a paper to allow me to pick up my order. After I got the paper, I went back to the department and my order was ready, but the person said I had go back to the entrance of the store to get a cart to transport 4 tires, or that I could carry them by hand! I then went to the entrance to get a cart, then went back to the department to get my tires, put them in the cart by myself, then take them to my car by myself… After all this, I received an email asking how my customer experience was, so here it is. Of course their reply is the same Copy/Paste automatic bs asking to call their number to talk about it…
S	Samuel Debalke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a mistake and grabbed the wrong tire size for my car. One of the supervisors at the service counter, Britanie helped me and she was amazing. Extremely nice and friendly. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
