★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. Most importantly they are extremely generous to the community which it serves. Prices are awesome as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! You walk in and the manager is on her phone with her other crowney texting and laughing. You ask for help and they glare at you. Since this new manager has taken over, the customer service has gone down hill!

The box was very heavy and they had no assistance to carry it up the numerous stairs to the outside.
We had to refuse it,it was a good price
The 2 women working there were very professional.
Cant blame them ,they were very helpful just the same.

The place is not at all visible, its in the basement of the Chateauguay Center, and there is no signage asides from 1 really unconvincing poster at a specific entrance.
The place has decent prices, products its actually quite funny that the store has such a vast amount of stuff that is great for decorating the house. The store is quite unorganized though, it's messy.
I've never had an issue with staff, but I've never seen the owners or see them take advice to change the front signs to make the store more visible.
