I ordered a desk chair online for $250, and the delivery company says they left it at my building entrance door without a signature required, thing that never happened! So, I contacted the Bay customer service and they were not able to help me, because I had to contact the vendor instead. Now guess what? It is impossible to contact and get an answer from the vendor. It’s being 1 week and I feel like I got stolen from those 2. BE AWARE! How frustrating!

Once I came to return it, the staff told me they can not accept it since it wasn't shipped by them. I had to go to different stores for Suzy and Le chateau only to always get the same answer that they won't take it back. Now I have to pay for the shipping and pay 5$ extra for return only because Hudson's Bay couldn't take back the dress and refund me. They also told me that their website is open for all companies to sell their stuff, but they don't take responsibility. Why would you let other companies using your store only to not care about the buyers. Really disappointed. This one star is for the company, not the staff.

Her search for great winter boots was exactly what she had pictured in her mind and 30% off and her queen size sheets were 65% off and super quality all around.Happy much needed, retail therapy for both of us at the best store for it.
P	Pierre Bourbonnais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hudson's Bay in Lasalle is a very nice store, probably the nicest one. However you must know your prices when you shop. For the Meyer stainless pan the price is $159.99, but if you go to the Meyer web site, the same pan is $99.99, it's quite a difference.

This one is not overly crowded and excellent and helpful staff. Keep your eyes peeled for the discount racks. I just found something that I'm thrilled about at an excellent price.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful! Me and my friend both found some items on very good sale, I bought very nice bag from Calvin klein. Also I like perfume department. Lots of choices and my favorite perfumes is available in gift set.
