I went in to return a phone that was sent to me that I did not ask for - I was told by Videotron telephone customer service that I had to return the phone by May 1st if I did not want it. This was never explained to me before. So I proceeded to return the phone in person so as to make this deadline. When I arrived at this store they told me that I had missed the deadline to return the phone. They explained that their own customer service was wrong and had given me the wrong information. They could not and would not help me.
The very rude "store manager" came out and accused me of wanting special treatment and he could not and would not do that. During a global pandemic, he then asked me why I did not come in earlier to return the phone!!!! I will never refer anybody to this company that has zero respect for their customers. And do not ever go to this Videotron store in Angrignon mall. A terrible experience for a customer of 22 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company, they will always surprise you things you never heard about from them, they have the worst app, and when you want to call the customer service be prepared to be served within an hour for the easiest task they might do for you. The worst experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited a little bit to be accommodated , too busy especially on weekend. No cellphone available so we wait for the delivery. We order 2 phones but only 1 phone arrived and we don't know if they place the order for the other one...very confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store with an offer I received in the mail. I was pleasantly surprised that the agent l spoke with, not only acknowledged the offer, but he was able to find an even cheaper offer for me. Clean, orderly environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting to be served after 45 minutes. 3 employees working and not one said anything to the now 5 people waiting before me. Horrible service. When it was my turn the lady said that 2 workers only were trained 2 days earlier. No senior employee there. So working their computers they were on their cell talking to tech help. Not good to run a store with all new people not sure what they"re doing. I blame management.
