★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there when the store was opening the new store in Delson, we liked the quality of the material and eventually purchased from them hardwood, mosaic and porcelain tiles.
However, their contractor that came to install our hardwood floor did not do a good job at all! You would think they were using blunt tools, they could cut a straight line and wasted material. After numerous calls to the owner to have this fixed there was nothing done, calls we not returned.
When there was a box short of hardwood, we ordered an additional box and paid for it in advance upon collecting it there was now an additional charge added which was not mention before, which was some sort of fee for a low volume order...why this wasn't mentioned to begin with is a mystery.
We asked for a quote for roman blinds, measurements were taken but no quote was provided.
In summary: they have good quality products but after sales service is definitely lacking.
