Pink Lotus Nails

This place is awesome! I haven't gotten my nails done this perfect in a while. I forgot my technicians name but she was the owner and since they were busy and she didn't want me to wait long, she did my nails. Ladies, you know how important filing is...NONE of my nails were crooked. Filed to perfection. I'm extremely happy with how they came out and the pricing is pretty good as well. They have tons of colors available, it's comfy and clean, and everyone is so nice. They really aim to provide a pleasant experience. This is my new nail spot!

I was so impressed this this salon. I've been looking for one closer to my new apartment, and they gained another customer. I came in on a Sunday. They were relatively busy, but were still able to fit me in, and were very kind about it, but I would still recommend making an appointment. The nail tech was very kind and accommodating to what I asked for and gave me a gorgeous gel manicure in a short amount of time. I was impressed and delighted! The salon was clean and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will be recommending this salon to all my friends!

My first time here and I loved it!! It was really clean, tidy and spacious. There peaceful atmosphere made me feel so relaxed. The nail tech gave excellent attention to detail, really took her time and made me feel so pampered. Definitely will return.

Nails for my Wedding: Was so happy with everything. Yvonne was the nail tech that I had. She is so nice, easy to talk to and did exactly what I asked for. I was so happy with the results. I also had my 2 daughters nails done and the nail polish is still on their nails almost a week later.

Hannah does a great job on my nails..they last forever, she is kind and professional. I love the zen atmosphere and relaxing music they play here. It's super duper clean compared to other places. Always a wonderful way to unwind.

If I could have NO stars that would be Ideal! I Honestly really don’t know how these people manage to stay in business, it really baffles me at how unprofessional and rude they really are…Came here a few times before and I promised myself I wouldn’t ever come here again, but decided to give them “1” LAST TRY! as my last time here was awhile ago..BIG MISTAKE!!! But I can honestly say that this time was the Last Straw and the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME at this Over-priced RIP-OFF of a place!! I came here to get my nails done for a wedding with a picture of how I wanted them to look like. She said they would not be exactly identical but still similar which was fine. As she began to do my nails, she made them too short and was careless with them. Moreover for my pedicure,a sponge fell on the floor and it was not rinsed..nothing..she just picked it up & carried on using it even though it clearly had dust and dirt on it from the floor, then she made my toe nail bleed and seemed unapologetic about it. When I asked her to fix one part of it, she rolled her eyes and was very rude about having to fix her mistake. I didn't say anything right then and there as they were busy and did not want to make a scene. I went home and washed my hands and the nail polish had chipped right away on my thumb because she "forgot" to apply the top coat. To top things off, I then developed an infection on my toe ,which my doctor told me it was obviously from the uncleanliness and carelessness of the pedicure performed, I wasn’t going to call them about this had it not been for my toe infection or even leave a review, but feel compelled as a customer, I would definitely want a ‘heads up’ about a place and situation like this from happening to me! Furthermore when I called and spoke to the lady on the manager about the service that was provided and the entire infection of my toenail and how I felt disrespected, she in turn claimed that I "was a very hard to please customer and they provided the best service they could offer". She also went on to state that "if you think we can't give you good service, then no one can". She was also the manager of this establishment. No apology! NOTHING!!! WORST PLACE EVER! Will not be back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!! spoke to a few of my neighbours and it turns out they had very similar experiences too, but they never bothered to write a review, they just all refuse to ever go back to this pathetic unprofessional place! So I guess I’m writing my review, not only on my behalf, but on behalf of 8 other neighbours too!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ???

Booked an appointment for 1 spa pedicure 1 deluxe pedicure and a spa Manicure. Upgraded to get shellac for pedicures when we arrived (Also booked 2 more pedicures for friends) Cost me $157 + tip and my toenails are crooked, they used previously used pumice stone on one foot only, and the hot stone "massage" was basically non existent (maybe 1 minute). (I asked them to avoid I area of my ankle). When I pay almost $200 for a relaxing experience I expect more than something I could have done at home myself. Don't waste your time or money.

I attended the nail salon on December 3rd, 2021 at around 5:30p..m without an appointment. I got a gel mani with fake tips and I believe I paid approximately $80 with tip. At the time I was satisfied with the result but not super happy with the customer service. The owner or manager did my nails and she was unwelcoming and rude to me. I’ve been to this nail salon in the past and usually just get shellac on my natural nails. Never had the owner do my nails up until this day. It was very unpleasant. Fast forward to December 7th, 2021 my left hand nails were falling apart. There were chunks of the gel falling off which caused two out of my two nails to have chunks that’s fell off that looked like holes, literally. Due to work and Christmas parties, i didn’t have the time to re-attend to get my nails fixed without a fee (hopefully). On December 12th, 2021 at approximately 4:30 p.m, I attended the parking lot of the nail salon. When I walked up to the door, I realized that the salon was already closed even thought the schedule for Sundays clearly stated that the nail salon closed at 5p.m. I never tried to re-attend. Waste of money and time. Now my nails look really bad but hey I paid $80 so might as well rock them until it’s time to take them off. I won’t be returning to this salon.
