★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jose was my life saver today! I reset my Phone and got no service anymore since i had esim with Koodo. I tried to swap the sim card, but the website has an error. Jose spent his time calling customer service, holding in line and finally got my phone worked again!! Even though I did not sign up my plan with them! Miracle worker!

Very patient and helpful when dealing with my "older" father. They explained everything very clearly and easy for him to understand. He was able to get a new phone and plan cheaper then expected. Our family will always be returning to this telus.
