★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated it a 3 because I’ve had my icbc insurance done there and it was quick and painless. I went there to get my travel trailer insurance and they did not have a clue. The two women there said “oh you mean marine insurance”. Ended up going to Hub, they knew exactly what I needed and it was quick and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May have just been the luck of the draw, but I've sent three family members here for relatively uncomplicated insurance needs, and they've been unable to assist all three times. The second time they advised my sister did not need a separate policy for her truck camper, which is totally wrong, and she could have been completely liable based on poor advice! Their ineptness and obvious lack of expertise when it comes to insurance is seriously shocking and is going to end up screwing up someone's life. I would avoid this place at all costs. They need some intense training. Brutal. They never know what they're doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Really odd COVID procedures. They all have have deep/large desks and could have easily asked for everyone to wear masks or put up plexi glass at the desk and assist people but no, you are allowed a foot in to the door then they have a desk up as a barrier with plexi glass taped on it. I had to do my insurance renewal by yelling my personal information across the office from the front door to the clerk who was 20 ft away. Very unprofessional and made asking questions really akward.
Have used them since they came in to this area. Last renewal in July they forgot to ask for our KMS. We didn't even know about it but now we lose out in the 10% discount for being under 5000 kms next year. Thanks a lot.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the lock down every other place was closed except these guys. That helped a lot and this is how I got to know them. Now that every other place is open I can't go anywhere else because no one would treat me as good as these guys do. The owner Raj is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and he helped me save money on my insurance. Thanks
