The person that helped me, explained all the new plans but he didn't mention anything about the 10% discount for driving less than 5000km during the past year and even didn't ask for my current odometer. After a month, I realized that there is such a discount and I was absolutely qualified for it based on the document I had from my last year's insurance with mileage on it and was unfortunately shreded by him after he finished my renewal. Not only I lost my last year discount, when I went back there a month after to ask them why I wasn't asked to provide my current odometer to be recorded for next year, they said that was my responsibility to remind them to do that and it's too late now. Basically, I've lost 2 years of 10% discount now, because they don't care about their customers. I will never return to their office again and will not recommend anybody to go there.
I	Inspector Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here! go to Johnston Meirer Insuracne by ICBC instead. These people in Westland have no idea what they are doing! and have very bad attitude! I have a lease buyout of a Mercedes which I already paid Mercedes Canada the full amount, so Mercedes Canada provide me all the paper work I needed to tranfer the onwership to me. But these people from Westland asked me to get a signature from Mercedes Canada which was located in Ontario!!! or get a signature from the locate dealer, but the dealers doesn't care because I already bought the car from Mercedes Canada!!! So I simply went to Johnston Meirer Insuracne by ICBC, they did not ask me to do anything crazy , the whole transfer process was done in 5 mintues. so I highly recomended you guys to go to Johnston Meirer Insurance because they know what they are doing. Did I mention Westland have bad attitudeincluding their senior staff/manager!!!? So if you want to have an angry and frustrated day, go to Westland! if you want great customer service, go to Johnston Meirer!

The entire team was very friendly and super helpful with my various questions around coverage, rental vehicles, etc. I appreciated the friendly staff going out of their way to make the insurance renewal "chore" super easy! Would DEFINITELY recommend this location!
N	N.L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to leave my original post from 3 years ago because Lisa was an amazing person and always went over the top. But this place has gone downhill. And I won't be coming back because of the service and the only capable employee has now left. I went in yesterday to register a trailer from out of province. I had all documents, pics of Vin, pics of trailer and my brother in law that drove the trailer down from the Yukon the previous day. I assume the first person to help us was the manager. He was at the very back in the only office there. He started to help us then passed us off to another employee instead of finishing what he started. First red flag. Very unprofessional in customer service. The next employee continues to help us and tells us that we have to bring our 32ft trailer into this crammed parking lot for them to view. WRONG. We talked to icbc and an employee at this office a week prior and both advised that bringing the trailer into the office was not necessary. We went to a competitor close by and the transaction was completed in under 15 mins. I won't be using Westland in the future and definitely not recommending them to anyone. Do better. Previous post from 3 years ago... Would like to thank Lisa for helping up with our auto insurance. She made a very frustrating situation super easy. She was able to provide clarity and sound advice. Because of our experience with Lisa, we will be returning to Westland for all of our future needs.

After having my vehicle stolen, They made the transfer of my insurance to my other one seamless. No mistakes, just got the job done. Three cheers for them all especially Leanne Theiss, lovely lady! ?
