★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's taken 30 days so far since I first contacted to renew my home insurance policy. After 3 unreturned phone calls and an email I finally was contacted about my renewal. Requested changes be done to my insurance info because of incorrect information ex. I'm 31 and my age on my first contract was 70, most other dates where inccorect such as roof age, water heater age. I also needed to add a new furnace and security system. My last email was on may 19th with my new security system certificate. No contact in a week so I called (may 25th) to ask about the process of my renewal, was told it has been sent off and awaiting download. Called today June 1st and was told my information was sent off on the may 27th. So I have now been without home insurance for 5 days now because of this.
Not going with this brokerage again.
