★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this location. Their parking lot is serviced by Diamond Parking which gives out bogus tickets. I wonder how much of their business is people changing plates to avoid the bogus fines from their parking enforcers? Makes you wonder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen such an insurance company My client has claimed her husband's caregiver, healthcare and other eligible costs in the plan and after 4.5 months of correspondence, she didn't receive even a dime yet. She has been receiving requests for updating ( even if a service has already finished) or original copies of bills of providers and ...and they are just wasting time and trying not to pay :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would unfortunately highly not recommend this location if you are new to Canada. My husband and I just moved to Canada and we are very new to the type of car insurance here. The person "helping" us was extremely cold, and did not make us or our questions (or need for help understanding) feel welcome. Thankfully, we only purchased 3 months of insurance so we can find a company that we feel comfortable working with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dealth with Zoe (Zohreh) for my car insurance before and had found her very professional and knowledgeable. She actually gave me great advice on the type of insurance to get to both save money and be fully protected. I just recently had a family member visiting and I called her and she set her up with great travel insurance. I find her very approachable and courteous anytime I contact her with any question. I definitely recommend her for anyone who need advice on any type of insurance.
