When I called the store, the owner said I could come pick up a replacement but I originally ordered through Skip because we have Covid and cannot leave the house. I’ll never order from here, or eat in here ever again.

Sometimes the food is decently okay'ish and sometimes it had probably been sitting under a heat lamp for a few days, maybe microwaved? The new servers actually have some manners and actually came back to the table! A few times! So it's getting better! Kitchen staff look like they want to commit suicide though. Screaming kids and sweltering heat while you have spicy soup, why have a/c in a restaurant when you can make customers hate it in there instead?

Food was hot and fresh but lacked in that Asian-sensation flavour you get at most other places. I’m sure they have a super-killer dish on the menu but I didn’t order it. Satay Beef was okay, green onion cakes were delicious but far greasier than optimal and the dumplings lacked flavour. I’d go again over McDonlad’s but only if it’s Sunday and other Vietnamese options are out of the question.
M	Megan Demian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like to leave poor reviews but this was the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had. I ordered a vermicelli bowl, beef satay, and salad rolls from skip. The vermicelli bowl had no flavor, and the satay soup did not taste like satay soup...it tasted like tomato paste. We actually ended up throwing the soup out it was so gross. On the bright side, the salad rolls were decent.

So forced myself to eat 2 had to throw the others away. Just now Jan 11/22 decide to give another chance. I order beef salad rolls, guy tells me 20 min wait. I see a man go in an dine in and gets his rolls before me. I am sitting in my car waiting I go into get my salad rolls and they made them withshrimp... So I ask for money back but he requests that I just wait. He will get the lady to make them right away ... End up waiting 40 mins for one order of salad rolls.... not really impressed at all. Not to mention I am 38 weeks pregnant... Just hungry ... Slow service. Won't return

They would be closed when they said they were open, food wasn't good, and service was subpar. I recently moved back to the west end and decided to give them another try and I'm glad I did! Whatever changes they made have definitely made it for the better. Staff are always super nice and food is consistently delicious. I go back often for either pho soup or a vermicelli bowl and it's always yummy. Glad I gave it another try!!

Beef satay extra meat and two chicken noodle with an order of shrimp salad rolls. Everything was fresh and so flavourful! It was just what we wanted. We would have picked up but Skip wasn’t allowing us to pickup at the Hampton location.
