★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce Weiss was originally referred to me by my daughters friend in 2015. He helped me locate the home that I am living in right now after my husband passed away. He is very professional in all aspects, and is very much a people person. He was very patient, kind, and understanding with me. He goes above and beyond what is expected, and will help out in anyway he can. After I purchased my home, I had a couple of issues with appliances etc and he came in and fixed them for me at his cost! He has now just sold my home for me a few years later, and was involved in the purchase of my new build. His guidance and knowledge has helped me tremendously. His excellence to detail and ensuring everything is completed properly is very impressive. Bruce really has his clients best interests at heart! I would recommend him 100% hands down, and will definitely use his services again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce Weiss is an excellent realtor that recently helped me purchase my first home. The experience was nothing short of the “excellence” in Remax Excellence. Being a young buyer that knew nothing about the process at all, Bruce turned what could easily be an overwhelming and exhaustive situation into an experience I would be happy to repeat.
He is the kind of realtor that is strictly focused on meeting and exceeding your needs. I viewed an extensive number of homes with him and with every property he helped me learn something new. He is as much of a teacher as he is a realtor!
In the end, I found a property that was guaranteed to be competitive. I wasn’t sure if the sellers would accept my offer but with Bruce and his experience on my side we actually won the sale, thanks to his vast negotiating experience. I highly recommend Bruce as a realtor and will be a lifelong client myself! I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything worked out, so thank you to Bruce and his team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to sell house quickly and Bruce was able to meet our urgenct need. He provided a marketing analysis to ensure we got the right value for the property. He suggested some minor improvements like painting the concrete basement floor to spruce up the home. I liked the 3D photo model of the home which helped buyers see the property virtually.
I recommend Bruce Weiss and his team.
