★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out multiple times to Darren Hildebrand on a property he has listed only to which has proved to be unsuccessful. And when I finally reached him I was only met with him being reluctant to show me the property. I waited 6 days for him to get back to me for a viewing and when he didnt respond i called the property owner. The owner said he would email Darren and have him show the space. And after this Darren finally contacted me but only to complain that i contacted the owner and still refused to show the property. Darren has been a poor reflection on remax commercial capital.
If you are a client looking to lease or sell a property I would choose another firm or at least an agent that will reply to potential clients and show your property when someone wants to see it. This is in fact what you are literally paying a realtor to do.
Imagine calling a car dealership to buy a car and the salesperson not wanting to take the customer on a test drive. That salesperson would be out the door as soon as a manager heard they refused to help a qualified interested client. There is no excuse for the poor service from Darren except sheer laziness.

It strikes me how thoughtful the REMAX EXCEL site managers are. They are so busy
& yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs
(ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment).
