★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing, the staffs are very friendly and funny. I love to get my nails and my toes done here. I usually get the spa pedicure, this was a enjoyable time ever, they did the massages stuffs very professional.
Also last time I went there, wanted to get my nails and my toes done but I didn't really have enough time to do both, but luckily they did all these services at the same time for me.
Very recommend for y'all with the suitable price and high quality service.
Love this place so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good nail place but not good for nail art. I asked for someone good at nail art when I booked my appointment but the nail tech could not make a simple flower design, so I just went for a super basic design of a line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad. The woman who did my nails rushed through them and seemed irritated that she had to be doing my nails the whole time by loudly sighing throughout the whole process. The nail design I got turned out sloppy and rushed looking. The clear acrylic literally has visible bubbles. To top it off a fruit fly landed on my nails while they were setting and the legs got stuck in the acrylic. They were removed but it was gross as all hell. Not to mention my Dad previously went here to buy a gift certificate for my Mom's birthday and they charged him tax on it. I felt uncomfortable and very unhappy with the finished product. Don't come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I would try this place out as it was close to home and my usual place was closed. Went in for a pedicure, got in right away with no one waiting. Felt like the tech was rushing everything she was doing. She asked if I wanted my toe nails trimmed and I said yes as they had grown out from my previous pedicure and she cut them way too short. Today my toes are quite sore from the nails being cut down all the way to the skin. Just not impressed! I won’t be coming back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Q Nails in the Hamptons. I recently moved to the west end and the service and attention to detail at this Q Nails location has been by far the best.
The women there are professional, the salon itself is spotless, and they did everything to make sure I was happy. I would absolutely recommend this Q Nails to everyone looking for a salon!!! :)
