This place has great customer service, staff would properly wear gloves. Clean restaurant. Great portions.

It felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. Madison the manager is amazing! She took the time to give us newbies the low down on the menu and hooked us up with a great burger and poutine combo. (OMG delicious!) Thanks Madison! It’s great to see even in these cautious pandemic times, that a good old fashioned warm welcome and excellent customer service skills are alive and well. Highly recommend this location.

She was very knowledgeable about the menu and she was able to help us decide on our order. The staff was all around great. The chef that was cooking our meal was very friendly made small talk and engaged with my son talking about hockey. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. The lady that helped us with our order even did a surprise for my 4 year old son with some mini pancakes with chocolate as a gift. Very impress with the food and the service and we will be back!!!

The best-quality halal steak sandwiches and poutine in Canada can be found here. Crystal and Madison went above and beyond with our order and are always so kind, and helpful. Our Uber Eats order was misplaced by the driver, and we got a call from Philthy Philly's letting us know that they would make us new fresh ones, and they also gave us free onion rings, poutine, and drinks to accommodate which was more than enough! The onion rings were amazing as well, and everything is always consistently delicious, and I never had anything to complain about ever. I can eat this food any day, anytime, it is really that good, I always go with the Philthy size cheesesteak! I want to thank Crystal, and Madison again as they did a huge act of kindness that will not be forgotten. We will always order from Philthy Philly's, and highly recommend it to others! Thank you to Philthy Philly's as well for offering halal, and vegetarian food options to the public, having great employees, and making one of the best foods I've ever eaten!
B	Buggy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my go to cheesesteak sandwich spot but their customer service has been disappointing due to their unpleasant demeanour. Seeing their unkept hair was also off putting when watching them make the food. The prices have gone up while the quality and quantity have gone down. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this location.

I remember when the Davis location opened, the food was incredible and the portions were huge, even if the price was on the higher end, I was willing to pay it. However, today I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and I got the soggy, tiny mess you see in the photos I took. The buns were soggy and it genuinely looks like the sandwiches were thrown into the foil and tossed into a bag. Not to mention they were stone cold. I could literally count the pieces of lettuce and other toppings. The service was atrocious and its very clear that the teenagers working there are doing so without any supervision. The restaurant is filthy( no pun intended) and when I called to ask why the sandwiches were in such a state I was told that the portion sizes went down but prices have went up. As a restaurant owner myself I am appalled at the experience with the Davis location, sacrificing quantity and quality, but still raising prices and the employees admit it willingly, it's amazing they still have business. Don't ever get food from here, it's not worth the cost and the taste is mediocre at best. I will be telling anybody who asks me, to never step foot in this establishment.... ever.
