My son needs two compound medications for his heart. We were looking for a pharmacy closer to home than KidCare at CHEO and am glad we found MediOne. Hassan carefully researched each prescription, showing his expertise and kindness. I can’t recommend him enough!

I can't quite remember the name of the incredibly helpful gentlemen I was lucky enough to deal with but I was thrilled with their service(Robersons perhaps..). I left a voicemail early in the morning and received a call back right when they opened. Serious work went into ensuring I got an appointment, my test and results within a few hours. The staff had a gentle approach with a delightful sense of humour. 10/10 experience.

The lab was slightly delayed in sending my results, but MediOne staff personally replied to my email inquiry promptly on the weekend (when they were technically closed). When traveling these days, you already have a bunch of other things to worry about, so I really appreciate MediOne going the extra mile. I will be referring all my friends in Ottawa to go here if they need a PCR test for travel purposes.

We got our report before 9 am the next day - very prompt service. To top that off, they were the cheapest in town for PCR tests. Glad we picked this clinic for our travel related testing needs.

I had a coupon code from Air Canada that the cashier did not want to apply, but given our time crunch we were not really in a position to dispute. In addition, the pharmacist was talking very rudely to the cashier, so it did not feel appropriate or professional at all...
