★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Meadows location are amazing! Great customer service, and they are wonderful to deal with for returns. Store is always clean, and staff are always super friendly and accommodate to all your needs. The animals look happy & well cared for...especially the live aquatic area. It always looks good and tanks look clean with healthy fish. There's always an amazing selection, and weekly restocking. Highly recommend this location!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff that are clearly uneducated in animal care. Managers are also rude to customers and unhelpful. Betta fish are stored in tiny cups and look half dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live 90 minutes from Saskatoon, so I like to try and get as many things done as possible when I come to the city.
I had an appointment with a specialist that I waited 4 months for, so I made an appointment for Cali my dog to get a bath that same day.
Cali's appointment was first, so I was going to drop her off then on to my appointment.
Just pulled into the parking lot of Petsmart when my phone rang and they were cancelling Cali's bath appointment.
I will not leave her in the car alone and I don't know anyone in Saskatoon to leave her with, so I was forced to cancel my appointment and go home.
A year ago Petsmart at the Meadows did the same thing to me, so you think I would know better than to book an appointment there.
Very unreliable place. I feel they should have a fall back plan when a groomer doesn't show up as I don't think I am the first to have this happen.
People don't realize how hard it is to schedule things when you live out of the city.
The man that phoned said sorry, but that just doesn't cut it.

They forgot applying the discount for the order and I back to store and spent 20 minutes to help them to figure out a “math problem “! It is just 28 divide by 2. Same order, the cat tree lack a bag of screw. Wow, back again! They even ask me to bring all the pieces cat tree back when I have told them I almost made halfway there. When I told them my receipt not here but in my friends there, they tried to doubt me and didn't want to log into my account to see if I had purchased the cat tree or not.
