Costco is super busy and the ladies at the kiosk do a great job with all the people coming up and asking questions non stop. Only feedback would be to have a bigger sign at the front of the kiosk about the virtual line-up. People were lining up and then getting upset when they found out they had to do the virtual line after already physically waiting in line for 20minutes.

Costco has lived up to it’s reputation once again! Black Friday crazy crowds and bustling people. They had me, from my phone at home, sign into a virtual line-up to pick up the advertised new free phone. They called me half hour prior to me needing to be there. I got there, received a free I-phone, free earbuds, free car charger plus $250 in Costco gift cards. Not a single cent paid. Unbelievable!!! Oh! And they waived the $50 activation fee. I have never experienced this service ever before. In fact, other service provider kiosks, at other non-Costco locations in the past, have always had me wait in a physical line for literally hours. And when I got to the front to pay, it was NEVER actually zero dollars. And I have never gotten quality freebies - for sure not free gift cards. Oh! And the guy assisting me was most patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you Costco ?

Firstly, I got a text on my phone saying I was next in line and to come to the cellular kiosk...when I got there I had to wait another 15 minutes while one of the girls working there helped someone that walked up AFTER me...I was supposed to be next in line!! Then one of the girls working there was EXTREMELY and unnecessarily rude when I asked when my turn was. When I finally got my turn, they were sold out of both of the phones I was interested in and hadn't posted that they were sold out....some other sold out phones had a sign on them saying they were sold out but not either one of the ones that I was interested in. I then asked if she could call the other store to see of they had any and she acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience. All in all I was very disappointed with the service I received. I went to a competitors store to get the phone and received very friendly and helpful service...I think I will stick to the competition from now on.

4 separate trips to the store and unable to join the queue the first 3 attempts. Finally on my 4th attempt was treated rudely for not being able to respond to their call, because my phone is malfunctioning and is the very reason I was there, in order to get a new phone. I was standing facing the booth. When asking for the promotional plans, I was rushed through and told they don’t have stock of phones and was effectively being dismissed and the sales agent turned away, rather than ask if there were other options I would consider. I understand and respect that they’re busy with sale promotions, but at least treat clients with a modicum of respect. The savings is not worth the abysmal customer service. Found kind and accommodating staff elsewhere, who answered my questions and were actually helpful and whom apologized that they were so busy. Employee training in customer service is strongly needed.

Great service. The virtual line up is not clear as being mandatory to receive service, so should be reworked to reflect this. I was not the only one confused by it today. Staff are professional and focused on their customers.

Very welcoming coming into the store until I got the phone stand. The employee was quite rude, made me feel like her time wasn’t worth helping. Had me sign up for a text or call when she was ready to help at around 3:45pm and never got a call til 5:30pm. I was very frustrated with the customer service and decided to shop elsewhere.

Prit is amazing! Not only did he get my mother the hardware she needed, he found billing options that saved us a whack of money. First-rate customer care, and a pleasure to shop from. Give this person a raise!

The mobile shopping experience at this centre is excellent. The staff are knowledgeable. Harvir, the associate who dealt with upgrading my connection is very talented to understand the usage requirements and make good suggestions accordingly, in no time. Am truly impressed with the suggestions and service. She made the shopping experience as wonderful. Highly recommend this place and endorse the service.
