One shop clerk was oddly uptight and provided inadequate customer service.
When they finally showed up at the front door after waiting longer than one should especially in -20 temperatures. I was told about the new order online rule that we must now follow to buy anything. Think about that for a second. I came all the way down to the store to get my cat one box of food. And they can’t simply give me a free pass this one time?! They are standing 15feet away from the cat food! .
I’m not against the special rules for pet stores during this pandemic, I get it, but when it comes to poorly trained sales clerks providing a bad customer experience then I’m not going to give you my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a nice looking beta fish from there. He was way in the back invisible from view and the nice staff took the time to point him out. A dumbo red/pink beta. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. I recommend ?

She directed me throughout the store to buy products for my dog and was attentive to the specific requirements to his diet. I'm very impressed with the service and will be returning. Thanks!
