★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me feel confident in my decision to switch to a higher quality dog food by confirming the information I found online, she explained the best way to make the switch, and also helped with toy recommendations for my senior aged shihtzu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My beagle LOVES coming here and is always more than welcomed with attention and treats. She can get excited at seeing other dogs and the employees at this store don't make us feel bad in the least if she's barking etc. unlike another big pet store at Preston Crossing. We've purchased our crate, crate pads, harness, treats, toys etc from here and she's gotten her nails trimmed here as well many times with fantastic results. The owners/employees are always helpful and friendly. We've always been able to find whatever we need and will continue to come back and support this great store!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very nicely put together! My puppy is quite nervous of people, but the two employees working got low and gave him some treats. It was comfortable and didn't feel pushy at all! I will most likely be shopping here in the future over other pet stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever my dog gets mucky and needs a quick bath, I bring her here and use the self serve wash option for $10. They provide the tub, shampoo and towels however, I bring my own shampoo because theirs is watered down significantly. Anytime I come here I see the same two employees who kind of hover and stare. This makes it awkward. I don't need an audience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up a cat water fountain a few days ago, and the young woman who helped me gave me some additional tips to help me use it and get my cat to drink more water. I had a hefty vet bill and feel like I learned more from the associate at this store than I did from my vet. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I’ve had several good experiences at this store and feel like the staff always go above and beyond!
