★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for cat or dog food, treats, toys or accessories. Can’t speak much for other types or animals though if that’s what you’re looking for. We live in alliston and in a pinch if we need something they are there! Most staff there are friendly and nice, I’ve only gotten a sour taste about one person, maybe an off day? We all have them! I wish they had a bit more options but for something quick they are there. I do like the fact they have a bin for donations that go directly to the Alliston Humane Society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to Alliston and needed some stuff for Belle my German Shepard. I placed an order online because of COVID and it was ready in no time, they even allowed me to make 2 additional purchases. Everything was smooth and easy.
Belle and I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. She even got a treat!! I will be making this my regular store for all of her needs. I almost wish she needed something now just so I can go back.

I purchased a harness for my puppy from here and an employee had maxed out the size and told me that it would be adjustable to grow with the dog (I told her the age of my puppy and that I was concerned because it was expensive that I would have to get a new one soon). I had the harness for a month, my puppy has had a small growthspurt, and the harness no longer fits because it was maxed out when I bought it. I had no idea she had done that. I called them to see if there was some sort of resolution we could come up with and was given a rude response. Please beware, save your money, and shop elsewhere... don't make the same mistake I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as it's not a grand selection, there's a lot of things you can special order if you just ask. The staff are happy to help. My picky cat only tolerates a certain kind of litter and I could only find it online (it's already so expensive, so paying the shipping on top was making me cringe). I was happy to find that the staff could order it in for me. I appreciate having this store locally.
