The lady said she'd give us 40% off as it seemed correct to her, but that we couldn't get a full refund. We agreed. We tried it when we got home, the paint IS too light. What a waste of a trip from Barrie to Alliston. Word of advice. Go with your gut and don't accept anything less than what you are happy with. We are very disappointed.

The staff welcomed me with a beautiful smile and taught me about the many shades of white. Instead of pushing to make a sale, they encouraged me to take swatches home and find a white that suited our taste - and matched our ceiling. I chose the closest white I could, purchased a 5gallon bucket and the paint was amazing. So easy to roll (and I am not a professional painter!). The colour was perfect and I felt so encouraged by the staff around my purchase. Thank you soooo much for your kindness, assistance and empathy. And for the hug!! ???
