★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told my friend to get stuff for me while I was working he did not know much about vaping. I needed 50 salt nic and mico pods. The lady gave him nord coils and 12 salt nic. Lady was not very knowledgeable at all about vaping. I even sent pictures. Nord coils and mico pods look nothing alike. I'm not sure how one could confuse the two. Plus no refunds on juice even if it is sealed still. Will not be coming back if this happens again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to get information. Wanted to talk to the owner. Cam called the owners and the owner said they were not interested in talking to me. Very suspicious. I wanted information on bylaws. That only they would know. Something isn't right about this place if they can't take a simple phone call. Btw Cam was good, and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection and friendly staff. Have been to other stores here in Alliston and didn't get the same customer service. Knowledgeable staff that are not pushy. Straight forward products that are always in stock. Nothing more annoying than trying to buy something and it's never there. Cigvape always has their stock. Great job keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only been into this store twice, so my experience is small. But the people working there are extremely nice and helpful. I even had an issue with a product and the jumped all over it to help me out. I absolutely appreciated the help. They have my service from here on out.
