★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places for various lumber stock. They even carry some items that other hardware stores do not carry at all. The services from the many employees is always friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours of operation are wrong. Went to pick up a product that was in stock they couldn't find it apparently. Could be because the inventory is wrong or more likely they were just trying to close up shop in time. I walked in a half hour before close and someone was instructing employees to start closing up. Will never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a patio set. Was told to wait for it to be loaded onto my truck. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come out and help us, we were the only customers. No one showed up until we went to back of store and asked for help. Store associated loaded and adjusted the set in my truck and kurtly as me to move my truck into their parking lot to tie down the load because they were closing. This is after they scheduled the pick up time and again took over 30 minutes to help us. I was not impressed with their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give a shout out to the folks who work at Rona there in Schomberg. They have been great to deal with during this recent lockdown and quick to provide products and service online. Yard staff is friendly. While I never really bought much from them previously, I am now going to them first from now on. The convenience and excellent service are worth the few extra bucks I might pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very cozy place. The store is very small but everything is located in a way that things can be found easily. The staff is very polite and courteous, especially David. He is very professional and cares a lot about the customer. He helped me with my purchase and he always answered my phone calls even after i received all my appliances. I felt very welcome as soon as i got into the store. I recommend everyone to shop here.

Waited at curb pickup for 20 minutes and no one came out for my order. Called the store to tell them I'm still waiting for curb pick up and I was put on hold for 11 minutes before deciding to hang up.
I went into the store to get my order and carry it out to my vehicle.
Bad service.
