★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I visited Sherwin Williams just before their Bolton grand opening and took home a sample can of a paint. At the SW grand opening I returned to buy a gallon of the same paint colour only to bring it home and find out they mixed the paint with different colours (how that happened is beyond me because it was the same paint colour and #). They would not exchange for a different colour or give me a refund even though it was their mistake. They added colour to the paint and now I'm stuck with a colour that I never wanted in the first place.
