★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this store to ask about some Scott's Black Mulch advertised on Home Depot's Webb site. I was told by employee that they had lots in stock. We both looked, but couldn't locate it. She didn't know where it got put but wasn't where it was shown on their inventory location system... They said it was on site somewhere, but didn't know where it was put. Doesn't do much good for the customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service Ive ever received! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Got a kitchen countertop done by home depot, and had an issue with the installation. Nothing crazy, just that the installer had to remove our lazy sue to install the countertop and he must’ve accidentally taken or thrown out one of the parts.
Spoke to Jasmine and she said not to worry, she will investigate and call us back. A few weeks pass and we call her back. She said it slipped her mind and she would call us back again. A month goes by and I email her and she says yes, she remembers and that she will investigate. 3 months go by and she stops responding.
I call home depot to see if someone else can help, but they reconnect me with Jasmine who again says she will investigate. At this point i give up and decide to wait to see if she will ever contact me back. I wait another 3 months and no contact. I email her, and she says she’s still investigating, again. I contact her supervisor who emails Jasmine and includes me in the email. This did nothing, she still responds stating that she will investigate and get back to me.
At this point I just gave up. After about a year I email her to see if she’s still investigating and she advises that she is. WHAT A JOKE! Its been over 2 years and she still hasn’t finished her investigation.

She is a great role model and goes above and beyond to facilitate customers.
I hope she gets promoted, we need more people like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my stove online with a delivery date of one month. Received a call after a month closer to my delivery date that product is on back order and delivery may take two more weeks still no guarantee.
Called my local Home Depot in Brampton and was given excellent resolution by DIANNA and OLA both made sure that I recieved my delivery within two days and matched an in store available stove price with the one I ordered.
Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found an outdoor friendly furniture with back support which can accomodate 2 people which is good for the porch/Patio for a reasonable price. I found it only at the trinity common location, the depot in steels don't have it. If you need more comfort, u need to purchase at least 2 cushions which are 70 dollars each. Most other furnitures are coming as a set..
