★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super frustrated. Was staining my deck and ran out of Arborcoat. Called the store and asked if they had more. The woman at the store had me READ HER THE CODE off the can to ensure they had the correct one. She said they had at least one. When I got there she gave me a different can. I pointed out that the code did not match my empty one, which I brought with me. This was the same person I spoke to on the phone. They did not have any, actually. “Oops, sorry.” Not
coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very good paint but expensive. They have the roller section taped off. I needed a 190mm roller and both girls were useless understanding that a 190 mm roller was...not a 240mm, not a 10mm deep pile... They need more training. They assume what you are asking for and don't listen to what you are saying.

They would not tint a white can of Benjamin Moore paint, so we had to purchase 956 ml of paint (primer + paint) and since they only had the premium type left. It cost $38 for this tiny can, keep in mind I had the same one they refused to tint for me. Never again at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service and Product Knowledge. Much better than other branches in Brampton, that have grumpy looking staff who just wants all customers to know everything and not ask any questions, when asked they will give a look as if we are born to know about paints than they do.
