I bought bournvita on 1june and they provided me the expired one first of all secondly it was already opened and i went there on 3rd june to get it exchanged, when i told them they didn't agree, i was with my fiance so we didn't much argue and we have to just give them back, all i wanted to get it exchanged, i have freaking wasted my time and money. LEARNT A BIG LESSON HERE.

Noodles are not fully cooked, not fresh and there are even white noodles in the middle( not mixed with sauce properly). It was so hard to chew it and manchurian was garbage. Nothing fresh. We throw it after just 2 bites. I have all the proof with pics and if there will be any health hazard I will make sure they will learn their lesson. Big cheaters.

I used to do Indian Groceries from here since last 5-6 months and last week I bought one cooking oil which was not turning good when we opened it at home. Never kept the receipt as our intensions are not to return, but after 6-7 days when I approched the store with defective product, first they said they are not selling this product, I insisted that I am just doing my shopping from here only but they were not recognising. I kept my groceries bought from them in the Car and went inside the store and found lots of the same product, and when I showed to them they now started insisting to give the receipot rather recognising that they were telling lies. They blamed me that this is my practice to come and return the product, although this was my first time approching them for return. They let me go without recognising their mistake and without giving me any refund. Definitely I would never be going to this store again and won't recomment anybody else to shop here.

Since a girl named, I think Radhika or Ramika I guess, she has left, the new girls working at the food section are so lazy, inconsiderate. They keep talking to each other while people are waiting for just small stuff too. These girls purposely make people wait. I and my other family members have been charged more than the actual prices. A girl working there took my order for roti, and after 15 mins told another girl to charge me and prepare my roti. Again, I had to wait 15mins just for 4 rotis . And then the same girl who took my order initially, checked out my veggies and are so rude to me & other customers . People could have created scene. Frootland management: please train your girls, train them not to act like they own the place . Respect the hard earned money of your customers and their time . Your customers are your business. Don’t let a temporary employee ruin your name. And again there is this one girl who is messing up with your name and reputation. This is not pind. Level up your mindset little bit. It won’t hurt. Although food is great but Customer service is negative .

M	Manpreet Hanspal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is cheating its customers. They charge more than what is printed on display and most of the customers don't look at the receipt carefully. I was charged $9 for two packets of Maggi but the price on display was $2.49 per pack. I was running late for work so I did not check the receipt properly. Few days ago they did the same. Charged me for something I did not even buy. My brother in law was charged extra as well. I guess the cashiers are trained to do so. If this is being done by mistake, then their staff is very incompetent. My advice to all my friends out there, please double check your receipts before leaving the premises.
K	K Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of meat in my shahi paneer today. I have been a regular customer at Indian Frootland. On Jan 25, 2022 evening I ordered a veg thali from here and took it home. While eating, I noticed a piece of meat in my food. Everyone in my family is 100% vegetarian and this experience was absolutely awful. I will never ever go back to this place again. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is completely unacceptable. I am 100% sure they must have served the same curry (meat wala shahi paneer) to many other customers today (1/25/22) from the same container. I am never going back here Pictures attached
