Performance Acura Niagara

This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from here, staff is always so welcoming and friendly, to Stacey and Michelle who were always there to answer emails and phone calls or any questions I had! These ladies made me feel like I ve known them for years. I’ve purchased many vehicle over the years and this dealership is by far the best! Highly recommend! You girls rock!!!!! See you in two years :)

I would like to share a very pleasant and satisfying experience which my wife & I, have just had purchasing a new Acura MDX from Performance Acura. We wanted a specific Model and through my own research, I found that Performance Acura had the Model and colour combination which we thought that we wanted. I called the dealership, as a total stranger to the business and was connected with a Salesperson by the name of Alexandra. I explained what we wanted and that I was trying to ascertain, if in fact, they had that model in their inventory. What a pleasant and refreshing person to talk with. She assured me that they had the Model to which I was referring, that it was available for sale and invited me to come to the dealership to view it. As I was driving approximately 2 hours to get there, we made an appointment for the following day. Shortly after this call, I received an email from Steve, the General Manager, introducing himself just to say that he and his team wanted to make sure that my experience with Performance Acura was exceptional and that if I had any questions to please call him personally. We arrived to meet Alexandra. The vehicle was in the show room. She immediately indicated that she would get it out of the show room so that we could test drive it. I was hesitant about this effort, but she insisted that a test drive was the only way for us to evaluate the car. She organized this and had the car outside within a short time. She was very thorough in her explanation of the vehicle and very knowledgeable about the technology in the car. She answered all questions in a straightforward manner. She went through all of the cost factors, which my research determined were very fair. In the end we purchased the vehicle and arranged delivery in 2 days time. The delivery process was equally as pleasant as the purchase process. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never had such a satisfying and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Performance Acura and Alexandra to everyone. This deserves a 10++ on the Satisfaction Scale.

What an exceptional experience I had at Performance Acura Niagara. I bought my 2022 Acura from Alexandra. She was wonderful- knowledgeable, attentive, with a no pressure approach! Michelle is very organized and made the financial part run efficiently explaining all options to pick what best suits my lifestyle. My husband and I had a great experience buying our new vehicle from Performance Acura Niagara. Alexandra Tomulescu is very knowledgeable, as is the rest of the team. They were able to obtain the vehicle in the specific package category and colour we wanted. We were pleased with the trade in value for our old vehicle too. Performance Acura Niagara made coming from out of town to complete the whole transaction and car buying experience go smoothly.

I visited Performance Acura this past weekend after arranging an appointment online to test drive an RDX. Days before I even arrived, I was super impressed by the customer focus, attention to detail, level of knowledge and follow up from Alexandra Tomulescu! What an absolute pleasure it was to have her help! I arranged a couple other test drives with different dealerships and none even came CLOSE to this experience. If I had to buy a car based purely on the sales experience - I would have left there with a new Acura without a doubt. I did decide ultimately that the car itself didn't check all the boxes for my needs - but it's a shame because I really feel like the service I had was second to none! Highly recommend to speak with Alexandra if you are in the market for an Acura and want top notch service! You will not be disappointed.

Alexandra was wonderful to work with. Although someone else ended up taking the car before me, she walked me through next steps and tips on how to secure a car that I find in the future (anywhere, not just at this dealership). She assisted me not as a customer but as a human being. This is a quality that most sales people I’ve come across don’t understand is the biggest selling point for someone looking to purchase a vehicle. You have a wonderful sales representative in Alexandra and she fully deserves all praise and positive feedback she undoubtedly receives.

Bought a certified preowned TLX not long ago, had a great experience with the dealership, and car has been running great. Joe, the sales person we worked with was very thoughtful, even brought the car indoors when it started raining before our appointment. Preowned manager Stacy was quite knowledgeable about the car's history and warranty. We even got help from the GM Steve to help close the deal near end of day, saving us another long trip from Toronto. We visited a number of Acura dealerships in the golden horseshoe while shopping for this car, this place is noticeably better. I would buy from here again.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2019 Acura TLX Tech Aspec with Performance Acura Niagara. Lukas in Sales walked me through the process and even suggested that I test drive a car more local to my area. This gesture made me certain that I'd still provide Performance Acura the opportunity to sell me a vehicle. Not only did the car drive well he ensured that ew work through Stacy (PreOwned manager) to ensure that it was up to my meticulous details/expectation. Lukas then introduced me to Michelle (Finance) where I opted to leverage Honda financing which I wouldn't have done previously. Lukas owned this relationship as it didn't end after I provided a deposit securing the vehicle. He answered all texts and calls about any questions I had. He and Stacey coordinated delivery to my door to make life easier on me. It is this sort of customer experience that will have me visit them again when its time for another vehicle.
