β β β β β We had 4 windows replaced but when the technician came to install them 2 of the windows didn't fit properly. One was their fault, the other was the manufacturer's fault. We ended up having to wait 6 weeks in total to get the windows replaced but, without asking, they credited us for the cost of a window. Their customer service was amazing and Peninsula Glass was really great to deal with. Mistakes happen but Peninsula Glass made it right. We will definitely be back!

β β β β β It's like pulling teeth to deal with this company. They came to do an estimate on my house but didn't call back with an amount. I booked an appointment to replace two windows but they didn't show up and didn't call to say they weren't coming. I ordered a separate piece of glass two months ago and it still isn't in.
