I came here as Volvo sends their auto glass work here and because of the Google ratings. With a smashed window, I called Volvo of North Van to ask about who does their glass work, and if they had the glass I needed in stock. Luckily, they had one in their nearest warehouse in Seattle, so I was hopeful for a quick repair. I called and ProSight's receptionist was very friendly. I sent an email with my policy and a picture on a Tuesday and I hoped it would be scheduled soon. A couple days passed, nothing. Finally a call, but they were having trouble sourcing the glass, so it wouldn't be done by the weekend (I was a bit confused as Volvo had told me the glass was in the nearest warehouse, but more on this later). An appointment was made for noon on Monday. I called just before I drove over on Monday to make sure everything was ready, and was told yes, come on over. When I arrived I was told 3-4 hours, which was fine - I did some work, ate a snack, strolled around. I came back 3.5 hours later - they hadn't even started. I was told to come back at closing, 5:30. I received a call an hour later, already done. I'm not sure why 3-4 hours was the estimate or why it took more than three to just get started. The glass pieces in my bumper and behind the interior panel were still there. The glass install looked fine, but they used cheaper aftermarket glass, not Volvo. I'm not sure if they're required to by ICBC, but I'm a bit sad the car wasn't restored to its previous condition. It's probably also why I had to wait almost a week rather than a couple days. Missing a window doesn't really fly in the rainy season, so I didn't use the car. The tech also backed my rear wheel into the curb, and the key I left them no longer seems to pop out from the fob like it used to. The people seem very nice, and everything was 'okay,' but honestly that's all it was. I'm just sad, I was hoping for so much better based on the reviews. I wish their appointments were more exact, it's hard if you don't work or live around there and have to wait around. I can't say I'll be back if I need their services again.

Top notch service! Excellent communication, kept me updated, arranged a rental for me, helped convince ICBC to cover the rental, was able to get an original GM windshield. Very friendly, good people and great shop! I recommend these guys over everyone else.

These guys went above and beyond to find me a windshield when their supplier didn’t have any in stock and got it installed the next day to help with my schedule. Definitely where I’ll be getting any glass repairs here on the North Shore!!

They seem to know what they are doing with glass repairs but are poorly organized from a customer service standpoint. I booked an appointment for glass repair and upon arrival was told they could not do it that day. This changed when the owner asked me "Oh, you are the one with the appointment?" 10 days later, as it turns out the repaired crack in my windshield spread (which is NOT the fault of ProSight as the crack was very low near the edge of the glass). However when I tried to book for a windshield replacement this time the reception was unable to locate me in their computer (in spite of me getting work done there only 10 days earlier!) She asked me if I could give them my information again. I said no and replaced my windshield elsewhere.

Very happy with my service over the Christmas holidays. Very friendly and responsive during a challenging season. After Speedy - wasn't (they didn't call me back after I asked for a time estimate), ProSight stepped up and took care of me. They even provided a rental while my car was being worked on. Highly recommended!
