★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darell has been the perfect advisor on our 14K order. He is an expert on Milgard windows and doors and he will take all the time to explain alternatives - there are zillions. We had at least 5 significantly different revisions. He explained every word when required. He scheduled a meeting during his vacation. In one situation he clearly suggested a solution that his competitor did not. He kept contact during delivery all the time until half an hour before the windows arrived. We will keep you posted during installation.
6 month later: Windows were installed easily. But there was were 2 cases where the glass coating and trim color were facing the wrong was. Milguard sent a technician with replacement parts within two weeks. Very happy with our purchase and with the devilery, installation and service after sale. I confirm my 5 stars.

Their staff are professional, friendly, detail-oriented and do excellent work on a timely basis. Their finishing sets them apart from other windows companies. I definitely recommend this company.

They took on and adapted to the challenges of our installation. Our neighbours love the new windows.
The neighbours who used a competitor now regret it after seeing the quality of the installation we have.
Our home is now warmer and the temperature fluctuations are gone. It is now evenly warm throughout.

From booking the install, clean worksite and all the rubble taken away, respectful crew. The finishing touch was cleaning the windows to sparkly clean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Northshore Windows proved to be a great disappointment. They claim to be experts in their field but when confronted with a complex difficult install it was evident that they are not qualified to be experts. Worst of all they placed blame on the window manufacturer rather than cooperating and learning from the manufacturer. The difficult install was successfully finished by a different company, who did not have great experience but had good attitude and made the job look simple.
