Will Harris was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, understanding, and above all extremely fun to work with. He was thorough and triple checked all of his measurements. The installer was here the next week and everything was installed in just a few hours. At a time when I feel like everyone is delayed due to covid Civic Blinds delivered BEFORE the estimated date. Their blinds are made in Canada and at a price that cannot be beat (I did my research). I can not recommend them enough.

They were able to immediately consult me on what solutions I needed for my problems, were clearly well-versed in the different set-ups a home can have, and described to me the options I had combined with the different benefits of the choices. The installation ended up being more difficult than anticipated due to my home's window layout, but Mike's team was very adaptable and knew exactly how to accommodate for the situation. They offer very competitive and fair pricing and honor it. Despite the difficulty of the installation adding more time than anticipated, they stood by their original pricing.

They helped me figure out something quote different than my original idea, but in the end it turned out way better than I had imagined. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the both of them and will be using Civic Blinds again in the future.

And an appointment in the same week. Unheard of these days! Excellent quality products made to his exact measurements. The blinds are pure white nicely opaque and of good solid quality. The blinds close and open with ease and quietness. Mustafa the installer called the day of the appointment and within the 45 minutes of the hour of the appointment he was here and ready to install. Efficiently and with great care the blinds were hung , and he showed me how to use them properly. I would most assuredly recommend this team at Civic Blinds to anyone who is looking for professionals, quality products and very timely service . Most impressed. Karen

Mike made the suggestion to do a dual shade setup with one blackout shade and one sheer shade. He also suggested installing side channels which block all the extra light on the sides of windows. We love the flexibility this option gave us and our room is totally dark when we want to sleep. The installation was done perfectly and everything looks fantastic. The guys really live up to the reputation!

He worked alongside our electrician to ensure all the wiring was exactly what we needed.
