Peden Recreation Vehicle LTD

We recently bought a 2015 Freedom Express bunkhouse trailer from Peden RV and our experience was A+ worthy from start to finish! I initially went in by myself (without my husband & kids) to look at their trailer selection and I was greeted with genuine friendliness, treated with the utmost respect and the salesman seemed more than happy to educate me on the pros & cons of the various trailers. We spent a month doing our trailer "homework" and returned to Peden RV several times to look and refresh our memory. I did not feel any pressure to buy on any of these visits. The salesman kept in touch with us, while we were looking at trailers all over Vancouver Island and in the Interior, and he was always happy to answer any questions that we had. He also called to let me know when our "dream trailer" went on sale. Our experience with Peden RV, throughout the month-long process, was so positive that we decided to buy locally and we are so glad that we did. Everyone that was involved in the purchase process, the show-thru and even the retail store (RV cover, camping supplies etc) was excellent and we could not have been happier with our overall experience with Peden RV. It has been a few weeks since we purchased our new Freedom Express trailer and yesterday I had a text message from the salesman (thanks, Emilio!) asking how we are enjoying our "Freedom" - such excellent customer service. We have already recommended Peden RV to our neighbours, who are trailer shopping, and we have no doubt that their experience will be an A+ one, as well. Thank you to everyone at Peden RV! We bought our trailer a couple of years ago they are absolutely the best guys to buy from . They listen to us and what we needed and kept searching till I found the right onethe service guys have been absolutely the best one I've had questions are needed things done I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a recreational vehicle

A big thank you goes out to the team at Peden RV. Tony picked the right rig for my extended road trip north and the service team, led by the indomitable Lisa, has been outstanding in helping me fine tune my little Adventurer. Ten days into the journey and I find the rig, dubbed Murtle the Turtle (I'm never in a hurry) easy to maneuver, comfortable and with ample storage for my extended road trip.
