★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to give my mom an estimate and never provided the estimate. she received an e-mail saying they were all booked for the day she inquired about instead of checking with her if she could move it back a day. Also never provided the quote. Very poor service. She will never contact them again and does not recommend them.

The move was to a retirement centre during covid, and they did a great job of moving a lot of stuff into a small space and in specific order so that it could all fit. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Movers used our rolling cart to move our boxes from their truck to our condo, broke it, promised to repair it and return it. 8 months later, we are still waiting. Very disappointing. The people who moved us were great. Would not use this company again.
July 15 - thank you for your response. If you have an email address I can forward all the correspondence between my husband, myself and Christine Olsen and Paul Napier of the Vancouver office. It was not a Premier Victoria move. It was a a Vancouver move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved from Manitoba to British Columbia with Atlas. The Manitoba moving company was Globe. On moving day the Globe crew initially refused to wear masks in our home. When directed to do so, one staffer was abusive and negligent for the full 8 hour day. It was clear at that time that care was not going to be taken with our belongings. This proved to be the case.
We are still unpacking broken furniture and objects moved "professionally" by this company. Many items arrived water damaged. I will be spending countless hours doing an inventory of the damages and losses, shopping for replacement items, sourcing parts for broken items and negotiating with Atlas for reimbursement.
This move was quoted at $13,000. So far, the service was worth less than half that amount and we are not finished tallying. If you are planning a move look elsewhere. Their prices are much higher than they indicate and their service is a far cry from "professional".
