Y	Yvonne McNeil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had the pleasure of taking our Aspen Trail trailer (purchased from a different dealer on the mainland) to Galaxy RV in Duncan for some warranty work. The staff were fantastic and treated us as if we had purchased the trailer directly from them. They fixed the warranty work as promised and also did a couple of extra touch ups that we didn’t even ask them to do. They even washed our truck to go along with the clean trailer!! Definitely went above and beyond. Gerald, Kristen & Jack are kind and very helpful. If we need any further work done on our trailer in the future, we will not hesitate in going back. We will (and have) told our friends of the great treatment we received at Galaxy RV

We took it to the Galaxy RV Service shop in Duncan to deal with the problems. Our thanks to Kristen, Haley, Leif and all the crew at that location. We were treated well and the service was excellent. G	Greg S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested in the Dutchman Kodiak Cub that only Galaxy RV had plus a competitor in Kelowna. I live in Langley and I could have driven to Kelowna for the same item. However I found Galaxy RV to be fair in pricing and they where very helpful over the phone. I rolled the dice and went over to see them and I was very happy that I did. The Manager / Sales / Parts were all very helpful. I suggest you make the trip to Galaxy RV even if you have to take a ferry it is well worth it. Also Special thanks to Rob and Kristen in parts. We were met by on of the car salesmen and asked if he could help and we let him know that we were here to look at the trailers on the lot. He stated that Bob was around the lot somewhere and to look around. We looked at several trailers on the lot and found one we wanted. Bob was a great help and spent quite a bit of time with us. We talked about the trailers and how we should proceed. Well we went and saw Laura in Duncan om the 23rd and what a great experience it was. She worked her magic and we were approved for the trailer we wanted. Picked the trailer up on the 30th and came home with it. The staff in Duncan were great and did everything to make sure we were happy with the trailer. I would recommend Galaxy RV to anyone who wants to buy a trailer as they work with you. Thanks to the great staff.

I was so impressed with how the team at Galaxy addressed the issues and made sure we were completely satisfied with our unit. It sometimes is not the mistakes or problems that arise it is how they are dealt with. I cant say enough about how much they did to correct the situation and make sure we were able to enjoy our purchase. Thanks again Dave, Todd and the team.
