Had some repairs done recently. was given an estimate of X dollars, to Y dollars. came in at X plus a few. speaks of their honesty when repairing , and billing. Will definitely take my RV to them in the future, despite having to tow from Victoria. Thank you so much, to the whole crew.

I explained on booking appointment that I was camping on the May long weekend so made plans to bring camper in May 3, When I heard traveland bought Greg’s I called to confirm my appointment and what was to be done and when I needed it back they said all was good. When I brought camper in I again said when I needed it for nothing was said about being behind, so after waiting for the estimate and only having a week till I picked it up I called I was then told they were a week and a half behind, after a conversation with the women she told me my camper would be ready. Friday May 13 I still had not got my estimate I decided to just go get the camper as I had paid for my camping trip. When I arrived and told my story Deanna told me they had looked at it and had a rough idea how long it would be, I would have to bring it back I asked if the propane system could be looked at they did do that. Now I have to wait till June 28 to bring it back to get the rest of the work done. Deanna was very good with me, but the other conversations I had with the front end staff were not honest. I am not a happy camper.

My previous experience with Greg's RV was frequent, a few years ago a small tree fell on my RV. For about $8,800 I got a new roof with membrane and three pieces of 32' siding as well as getting everything re-sealed. For the current work I need I received two reputable quotes in Victoria both between $1500 and $2000 but both had long waits so I decided to go back to what was Gregs RV because of previous experience. I just had a quote from Traveland for just under 9k for an estimate of 40hr labour, also got charged $250 for it and only got a new gouge in the siding on the front. I brought the trailer home yesterday and I'm 3/4 done the repair on my own. When I'm done it will have taken about 6hrs and cost under $200.00. I'm sad to say that I have to warn ⚠️ everyone about bringing anything to Traveland.
