Always great service no matter the location. Excellent service all the time. I won't go anywhere else for my tire service and needs.

I needed a new set of tires for my VW van. The fellow I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He ordered the tires I needed and set up an appointment for the following week. The appointment was today and everything went perfectly. All staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and efficient. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would certainly not hesitate to do business here again and I highly recommend the Kal Tire in Duncan. Thanks everyone - especially John, I think his name was, who set up my appointment and the other young guy who dealt with me and my old van. I appreciate the great service!

Very helpful staff, used to being company vehicles in quite frequently and they always fit us in promptly and often with little or no notice. Brought my own car in with a leaky tire and they fixed it free of charge! Very satisfied

Was very happy with my experience at Kal tire.They were honest , professional & friendly and had the tires I needed ( lucky they had mine in stock) and got me in quickly and tires on the same day. I had made a lot of calls about tires and I found kal tire the most helpful and friendly. My other set of tires were bagged individually in new bags and placed in car. It was my first time getting tires in Duncan .The tires and service were reasonably priced .I would recommend service here and I will definitely go back

Love Kal Tire! Have been to several locations and the staff are great at all of them. Came in once with a flat and a car of screaming kids, they brought popcorn and had me out in no time. Won't get tires anywhere else.

I have been taking my vehicles to the Duncan location for a few years now. I have always gotten excellent service. They are willing to go the extra mile. They fit me in last minute with a tire emergency even though they were booked up. I trust the work they do and they never over charge. The staff are pleasant and considerate. Thanks for making vehicle maintenance easier.

James Skeoch was great! James helped me pick some great quality tires all while not breaking the bank! Thanks to the guys in the service bays for getting the job done quickly and with quality! My tires were even shined when I picked up my vehicle! Thanks Kal Tire!

This location has very kind staff and I think the work of their technicians is very good but their communication could be improved. I have gone to this location 4 times and each time I have left frustrated for some reason. 1)The first time I had my winter tires swapped for my all seasons and my winter tires were loaded in my car. The problem was only 3 were loaded up. When I noticed a few days later when unloading them I called the store and I explained the situation. The employee I spoke with told me likely the tire was thrown out so went through their giant tire pile, found my tire, and told me it had a big gash in it so it was discarded. I wish they would have told me this as it would have saved me and mainly the employee a lot of time. 2)I then called and made an appointment to get my winter tires put on the following season. My appointment was a Friday and I was due to have my first baby the following Monday. When I went in there was no record of my appointment and they could not get my car in that day so I had to come back another day. I felt frustrated because that’s the whole reason of making an appointment. 3)When I did get my tires put on another day, I noticed only 2 tires were loaded when they were done. I inquired and the employee told me 2 were thrown away because the inside was very worn. I was frustrated because I felt that was not their decision to make. I asked to see the tires so I could make the decision about my tires myself. 4)Finally, I had a flat and needed to buy a new tire. The flat happened in Victoria so I took it to a location down there and was told they didn’t have the tire in stock, but there was luckily one at the Duncan location. I called and they said yes, they had 1 in stock, so I told them I’d come in the following day to get it put on my car. I dropped off the car and went home, then received a call saying their inventory was wrong and that they actually didn’t have the tire and they were going to try to get it up to the store the following Tuesday, but likely the following Friday (this was on a Saturday). To avoid this is why I called. I consider myself an understanding person, so I know that things happen! However, I’m unfortunately noticing a trend.
