★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want an honest mechanic who looks after your vehicle in a timely manner and takes pride in their job, come to Gerry at kicking horse ! If I could give 10 starts out of 5, I would! Not only did Gerry make sure my truck got a new spark plug replaced in an emergency, he made sure my girlfriend and I were shown to a nice waiting area with a fire place, tv, washroom and coffee. It's hard to find great mechanics like Gerry! I will definitely be going back for services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerry at Kicking Horse took care of me for a terrible week of my life!!! My car broke down outside Cowichan on a Sunday and Gerry got me in even after close. My transmission was blown, not worth the fix for me, but Gerry went above and beyond EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
Making sure I had the best quotes all across town and western Canada and connecting me with some incredibly kind people in the industry.
I feel more than well taken care of after my dead car sat around Gerry’s lot for a week, I hope to be able to sell it before the weeks out. Thanks for the kindness in allowing it to sit and take up space!
I’ll never forget my experience at kicking horse and will be recommending Kicking Horse’s services to anyone who will listen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to echo what others have said here. Gerry is polite, friendly, fair, honest and a heck of mechanic. My 2007 F150 has 162K on it. It needed new plugs. I got it at around 130K and had read horror stories of plugs breaking and heads having to come off. Turns out mine had the original plugs still in it. It was running rough and acceleration was sluggish and it would 'buck' at certain speeds. Gerry managed to remove all the plugs and indeed 5 did break. BUT ... he is tooled up for this and so no heads needed to come off.
The truck has never run better! It has more power, responsive acceleration and no more bucking. It runs like a new truck.
If you need a reliable mechanic to service your vehicle, look no further. Gerry is the man and he runs a very clean shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Ford Campervan had some issues with the blower and was misfiring when going faster. We found Jerry's automotive service online and went in Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon our Van was fixed even though he had to order spare parts. Jerry was so kind to prioritise our Van since we wanted to start our travel. He is such a fun, polite and very honest person. We were super happy with the service and can definitely recommend his shop. 5 stars
