β β β β β The story is that my office's PC collapsed a couple of days ago which is essential to me to run the business. I toke it to the different places to fix it but I am said in all it will take at least 3 business days to let me know what the problem is after different diagnoses process. Fortunately I found this place and took my computer there and surprisingly after about 1 hour and 45 minutes the PC was ready to pick up with a reasonable cost. Afshin is a professional and capable person with a high level of business ethics. I strongly recommend this place.

β β β β β 10 days ago our home computer died while my wife was using it.
I remembered seeing something about PC Doctor sometime back so went straight there.
I explained the problem and Afshin told me what was wrong and that he might be able to fix it by the end of day so I left it with him, not only did he keep his word (he called me about 3.30) he price was very reasonable
And it allowed my wife to complete her task for the morning. Later I found out that I had lost contact with my printer so phoned to ask for advice, it was about 5.30 and he was on his way home but he answered and said he would call me within the hour. Again a man of his word, he connected to my computer remotely
Found the details and had me up and running in 30 minutes.
Amazing customer service I would recommend this company to anyone with a computer problem.
I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you.

This is an update to my previous review. Once again Afshin was quick to address my emergency, diagnose it quickly and fix it so that I could get back to work on my laptop within 24 hours. He charged a fair price and was very honest about what needed to be done. It is a relief to have someone you can trust as your PC Tech. Thanks Afshin!

β β β β β I had a laptop issue with Afshin. It was my first time calling in and going to his store as I'm new to the area. My laptop battery was bulged and without hesitation, he took it out as it's a fire hazard. He gave some sound advice in resolving the issue.
I'll be back in the future. He was quick and turnaround was SUPER reasonable. Thank you!

β β β β β Had a great experience here. The owner was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He identified the problem, got a good price on replacement parts, and installed them. He also gave my case a much needed deep clean, repaired some ancient damage to some external ports, and met me well after hours to let me pick it up. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone I know and will be back again myself for any future repair needs.

β β β β β Afshin helped me diagnose a dead motherboard in my old pc. He was super professional and patient with my lack of knowledge. He never pressured me into any decision and was super understanding of my circumstances. Once I got my new PC he helped install a 4TB HDD from my old pc into it and transferred all other existing files from my old SSD and secondary HDD. I will certainly be going to visit Afshin anytime I have any issues with my PC in the future. Thank you Afshin!!

β β β β β This is the second time I had my 13 year old desktop fixed by PC Doctor since 2019. More than He has done great professional job on my computer , he is also a very generous- hearted person . On Sep 30 I called him out of his business hour and he has left his shop for awhile in rush hour but he still came back in 15 mins to get it done with my computer . I was very impressed and appreciated it !
I trust PC Doctor and will always be his royal customer .

Fantastic experience, brought in a totally broken pc, owner went above and beyond to work with our budget, salvaged the parts that could be spared, even saved the info on the hard-drive. Best repair service in the lower mainland, dont go anywhere else!
