They will take their time to explain every details of transaction or any other issues you may have. I am highly recommending their expertise and professionalism. No professionalism when I called back, rude, effortless, tired, and no meaningful apologies.
Will cause your day, work, and sleep.
Very low trustworthy especially as a law firm needing precise work ethic

β β β β β No communication, not honest and downright disrespectful with my time, and no accountability for anything they say. Will tell you something/promise you something then just not do it and wont follow up with you to explain why. Had to chase them constantly for answers when most firms would have been proactively emailing or calling you. I figured lawyers were held to a higher level of professionalism.
Don't go here. From the begining to the end it was a frustrating experience. I worked with Micheal (I think michael) couple times before and was happy he took care of everything and stayed late if need be.. but this time was much different, because he doesnt work there anymore. Probably tired of working with his co workers. Wont ever go here again, complete loss of confidence.

Pros: they get the job done.
Cons: 1. Made a few avoidable careless mistakes, shows they are lack of professionalism.
2. We have to follow up with them couple of times, through out the progress of our case. If we don't follow up with them, they will not contact us.
3. Basically we have to go over all the documents to catch the mistake they made, once they spell My name wrong.
I am sure there are better choices in the market.
