K	Kash Tayal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coq. Square Mall parking is a private money making hub where they give you no reasons and no tickets and they tow your car and make you pay for it. No one ever picks up phone or return any calls. Never use this plaza & parking.
D	DwNecrid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a walk while waiting for my take out from one of the shops in the plaza. Got back and i was towed. Towing company said i can call the property manager to get refund of tow expense. Theyve never returned my calls, nor answered them. Needless to say i can no longer support ANY business in this plaza due to the risk of getting towed.
K	Kate Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the plaza Larry works hand in hand with the towing company named Benjamin towing. By having cars towed he gets commission from the twining company. Super unethical I have reported them to the police and city of Coquitlam. I recommend never going to the plaza ever. I was in tears when while dinning in the restaurant in the plaza I looked out to see my car being hooked up to a tow truck! Obviously I ran out leaving my meal and belongings in the restaurant when I showed Larry that I’m AT A RESTAURANT IN THE PLAZA he told me if I would’ve come out sooner before it was hooked up he would’ve told the tower to leave but I had to pay a $200 fee to get my car off the tow truck. Disgusting business. Larry you are a slime ball man and deserve to be fired. You should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of people and extorting them!!!!!!
L	Lillian Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t park here unless you want a towing experience. :) At this point I’m just going to start my own towing company like it’s such a good way to make money. Went to my dentist app, left car there about 1 hour, came back seeing a weird guy sitting in his car creeping at me, then I realized this is our “Larry” guy watching over the parking low as soon as you leave the car, they tow your car! Paid 200$ for this. Thanks for ruining my day:)
J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove my mom to this plaza as she wanted to shop from Rose supermarket. She’s their regular customer. While she was shopping there as well as a few other stores in that plaza, I, the driver left the plaza for about half an hour, leaving my car there assuming since one of us was shopping there, that would be ok. And guess what? My car got towed! The parking management didn’t return my calls, and I was told by the Rose supermarket’s owner as well as the towing company that they didn’t honour my mom the right to have a car parked there for her while shopping since she was not the driver! That doesn’t seem fair and right. It only shows how they look for making money out of towing cars instead of respecting their customers. We most definitely won’t go shopping there anymore. There are many other stores around the area with more convenient access where we can shop having a peace of mind knowing we are cared and respected as customers.
R	Robin An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have reported their security offended me in Coquitlam Plaza. This guy was so rude and unreasonable behaviours. He hated Asian car owners. He looks like a homeless, and wants to get money to his terrible life from Chinese or Japanese car owners.

Got towed. tow truck driver didn't check that there is a dog in the car, he also never reported that he towed the car (we called before filling a police report ) and the owner of the lot didn't bother to check that I was getting food at the restaurant after a short orthodontist app. ....was parked less then 20 m. If they would just bother to wait for the full hour. so frustrating our city's image gets a bad reputation from jerks like this owner. I will never shop here
